|Recommended: YesBeautiful, clean, safe, well maintained, convenient. Great and Friendly staff in all areas — perfect location if you enjoy downtown living...grocery store and health club attached. Great place to meet people and to entertain. Beautiful inside and out. If anything is wrong with your place very rare the maintenance staff is top notch and treats all of us as a priority...the building is always spotless and clean. The sales and management staff are most friendly and very professional. They are always scheduling fun events to get people together and enjoy the property. really enjoyed our 2 plus years at One Light
|Recommended: YesBest place we've ever lived — I would absolutely recommend One Light to a friend, family member, or a random person walking down the street. The staff is wonderful, the environment and activities bring all residents together, and the accommodations feel like you are on vacation. If we were not moving out of the country for work purposes, we would not move, and would have been at One Light until we decided to purchase a house.

|Recommended: YesLuxury apartments with very few areas of needed improvement — Great apartment community with endless conveniences. Living on the east side of the building subjects you to surprisingly loud noise from Power and Light. Also, absent a balcony, there is no circulation in the units with is a definite drawback. All but a couple of staff members are overtly friendly and helpful.
|Recommended: YesWonderful place to live — Fun to come home to everyday. Once we park our car in the garage we seldom get back in it unless going to work. We love the convenience of downtown and all there is to do. The residences are friendly and enjoyable to be around. It definitely feels like community. My only complaint would be parking accessibility for our guests. Parking in the guest garage area can get very expensive. This isn't necessarily One Light's fault, hopefully in the future a better solution can be made for our guests staying overnight.

Living here was the best decision we have ever made, even our golden retriever loves it here The convince of the park, grocery store, and onelife gym all attached to the building make this amazing living experience even better. The interior is classy and beautifully decorated, always clean and tidy in common areas, the staff is so nice and have become our friends, and the views are WOW. This is a living experience, you literally feel like you are living in a fancy hotel but you never have to check out

|Recommended: YesVery high quality and welcoming community and complex — Everything was thought of when constructing the apartments. Comfortable all around. I haven't heard my neighbors once I barely hear noise from the outside despite being on the third floor near street level. The location is great The few maintenance issues I had when moving in were taken care of quickly. The staff are all extremely friendly at all hours of the day. There's constant events, parties, and community engagement going on. While the parking isn't fantastic for guests, it's much better than you'd expect for the location. I'm more than happy.
|Recommended: YesPricy but Quality — The apartment units are great, but the true value of OneLight is the location and ease of access to everything downtown has to offer within walking distance. Fantastic views, great staff. Very clean and maintenance has been fantastic. Overall the building and neighbors are very quiet due to concrete construction between the units, but what you do hear is the city sounds coming through the windows. Concerts from power light, construction, traffic, and sirens are regularities. The downsides are the cost and the costs per parking spot. Additionally, rent costs are higher than advertised on the website.
