|Recommended: YesGreat location and amenities — The location is fantastic Amenities at One Light are top notch. The staff and maintenance are all very knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and accommodating. Only downside is the noise from Power and Light KC Live if you face east.

|Recommended: YesOver City View — I would refer anyone here. One Light is magnificent. With that being said, nothing is perfect all of the time. The parking garage the parking sticker readers are not always consistent and dont always read the sticker. In the studio apartment, the placement of the refrigerator isnt wonderful considering you cant open the door all the way because the wall next to it blocks it. Even with the aboved mentioned things, I am already 95 sure I will re-sign a lease with One Light KC I have only fully been in for a month and a half .

|Recommended: YesLOVE living at OneLight — With spectacular views, a great location with easy access to everything in Kansas City, living at One Light is a dream, especially with a responsive staff that is committed to excellence. A big dog park, a great food store, and an incredible gym -- all accessible without going outside, this former Southern California resident is not too concerned about the winter months.
The best part of living at One Light, besides walking to an endless assortment of restaurants and entertainment, and being able to get almost everywhere in 20 minutes, is the people. The other residents are great and I have made wonderful friends in my new city.
Don't understand ranking question 2 - I don't hear my neighbors at all.
