|Recommended: YesPaying for convenience — It's amazingly convenient everything you need within walking distance if you're willing to pay for it. Only negative thing about the units is if you don't have a balcony you can't open a window or anything so you have a small vent that you can turn on for outside air.

|Recommended: YesThis is a great place. — Parking is good but sometimes the first gates are wonky. I rarely hear my neighbors. Grounds look good. I wish the fireplaces were working, indoor and outdoor. It's unfortunate the dogs wiz in the garage. Construction is okay. The doors are really thin. There are gaps in the floor paneling. Utility closet door hits the track lighting. Maintenance staff is great and so is the property staff Love this place.

|Recommended: YesGreat place to call home — I would remind them that it is downtown so there is going to be street noise. The one downfall so far is that the windows don’t seem to be very thick because you can hear everything little thing that goes on in the street.

|Recommended: YesOneLight is amazing — I’ve lived in many other high-rise apartments around the country, and can say that living at OneLight is amazing The biggest win is the attentive staff including both leasing, concierge, and maintenance. The apartment layouts are great, and everything is within walking distance. I'm happy to call OneLight home

|Recommended: YesOverall Great Apartment Experience — there were a few items that slightly left a bother but overall, it was a great apartment community.
items that I think could be better handled
1. pool was always crowed primarily from gym users. would have been nice to actually enjoy this without the crowds.
2. rooftop park, while city maintained it was always mangey and tons of dogs off-leash without being in the dog specific area. there were a couple of dogs that did not like my dog, and I had to stop going to this park because other people mainly other residents were not obeying the rules
3. pooch pad on the side of the building was NEVER kept the people that worked the parking garage left their trash and cigarette butts in it and dog owners did not pick up. While I know this wasn't managed by OneLight, I think OneLight can advocate for this to be cleaned and taken care of as many residents use this.
4 my bathroom had some lighting issues. sometimes the lights would turn on with the switch and sometimes they didn't. wasn't a big deal, just annoying.
outside of that, the building was clean, amenities were clean, I never heard my neighbors while in my apt which was great. and staff was always friendly.
sometimes the security staff wasn't always well informed on things.
overall great experience, and best apartment experience I have ever had.
wishlist have access to TwoLight's amenities as well
|Recommended: YesBest Downtown Living in KC — I would say that if you are going to live downtown then you should adopt the downtown lifestyle and nobody does that better than One Light. Can't say enough awesome things about the staff. Everybody is very kind and make you feel like you are at home.

|Recommended: YesAwesome — I love it. It maybe a little more expensive than others but worth every dollar. The location is SO convenient and the resident community and events are outstanding. It can be challenging to make friends when you go to a new city and One Light gives you a great platform. If you aren’t having fun or aren’t enjoying living here, my personal opinion is that it’s your own fault
