|Recommended: YesGreat Apt, Grreat Mgmt, and Fun — We have been living here for about a month and the views and modern rooms is what initially made us want to live here. But what is great about it is the management really goes above and beyond to make this more than just a dwelling. They are constantly having fun activities such as Boulevard brewing tasting with boulevard brewers. Or painting classes, yoga, cooking classes, etc.
And then not too mention the pool is amazing

|Recommended: YesTrue definition of luxury apartment living — Great thought was put into the building to make it aesthetic but also practical. Moving in on the 18th floor was a breeze given loading docks and freight elevator that brought me right up to my room. Staff have all been friendly and willing to go above and beyond to ensure the best possible experience. I had issues on move-in with a couple appliances but these were quickly and professionally addressed. There is weekly events ranging from in-person to online which appeals to all ages crowds. So far I am loving it
