|Recommended: YesNew in town — I looked at all the luxury apartments in the area. I thought the floor plans at One light were the best for a roommate setup. All the things they can control are very well executed, from build quality to the staff. I have nothing but great things to say about my interactions with staff and other residents. There is a bit out outside noise to deal with from excessively loud exhausts to people screaming on the streets, but you get that anywhere. I highly recommend you look at One Light.

|Recommended: YesThe Perfect New Home — I have been living in One Light for a week now, the building is incredibly lovely, the residents are very welcoming and social. I have not had an encounter with any of the amenities, residents, or employees that has been anything short of fantastic.
|Recommended: Yes2 yrs now at One Light and I love it, it is top-notch I wanted a place where I felt safe, had secure underground parking and the building was well kept, they haven’t disappointed. So ‘many’ amenities, my favorite the incredible roof top pool and the amazing views of the city Leasing staff Nicole, Emina, Bailey team are the best They have assisted me on several spur of the moment requests, always professional and with a smile Equally, the maint. staff, Shane, Chris, Danny team are always prompt and responsive The bldg.. always looks so nice clean, kudos to housekeeping AD our lifestyle coordinator is amazing, so friendly and helpful. We are so lucky to have every one of these professionals. They each play an integral role in making life at One Light so special. A great place to call home
|Recommended: YesWhat a great place to live..... — l am on my third year at One Light. My plan was to stay a year but what I found was an amazing community in the heart of downtown. This place is magnetic. Truly luxurious living with a lot of class. A good example was just this week. One Light hosted an evening cocktail party at their beautiful pool area. Residents were greeted with a glass of champaign and then walked to the pool deck where a fabulous string quartet played to the performance of the KC Areial Dance Company who performed aerial ballet the entire evening. Specialty cocktails were available at the pool bar and the resident turnout was amazing. Deserts were provided closing down the night. What a classy evening with a group of great friends. A true sense of community. A special shout out to Emelyna, Aimee, AD, Nicole, Danica, Emina, Bailey, what a great team and thank you for all you do for us. The on-site team here is great and we appreciate you.
The above example is just one of many. There is no shortage of events here to meet a variety of interests. With everything going on in KC right now, I highly recommend One Light to anyone. Thank you for making One Light great. Truly luxury living in the heart of downtown
|Recommended: YesOutstanding Service — I have lived in One Light for close to 6 years. It has been an outstanding experience. Recently I referred a tenant again ☺️ and I had the pleasure to work with the amazing Emina. Her service has always been outstanding even when she was at the front desk and it has only elevated with her in the leasing office. She was highly responsive, extremely timely and she went above and beyond to quickly close everything out.
Another shout out goes to AD - way to much to say about him in this review but I will say as long as he is with One Two light the residents are WINNING. He is great at what he does and he is a wonderful human being.

|Recommended: YesBy far the nicest place I have lived — Moving in here seems surreal, it's a little strange coming home to a place that feels nicer than the hotels I stay at on vacation. The staff is amazing, residents are friendly, and the rooftop dog park is so convenient.

|Recommended: YesCommon rooms need attention — A little bit of the common areas needs attention. Movie room TV not working, Coffe on the conference room is always out. Overall good experience tho.
