|Recommended: YesGreat Apartment Complex — Very luxurious, helpful staff, well maintained, staff pays close attention to detail. Clinton was my leasing agent, and he helped me enough to the point that I chose this apartment without seeing it in person. Definitely a 5 star experience so far.

|Recommended: YesClean, Upscale Apartment with top-tier amenities — All of the One Light staff - front desk, leasing, cleaning, and maintenance - are very friendly, professional, and quick to respond to inquiries. I have nothing but good things to say about the staff. The apartment walls are well constructed, and I never heard my neighbors in the year that I lived here. This is very different from most new apartments where thin walls are more common. The pool and common area is incredible - I would say it is the best downtown pool in KC. The coffee machine is amazing when it works . The only complaint I would have is if you plan on using the rooftop dog park which is one of the amenities , just know that you have to walk quite a ways through a parking garage and ride 2 separate elevators to get there. The garage can be messy from other dogs and homeless people are known to sleep near this park in the winter. The park itself isn't bad except that other residents do not pick up their dog's waste. Other than the park, all other areas are kept up very well.

|Recommended: YesGreat Experience — It was very lovely staying at One Light, all the neighbours and staff were so lovely and friendly. The direct access to Constantine's grocery store might be the best thing i have ever experienced. So convenient. The only complaint i can think of it, the walls are a little thin, and voice from outside can be heard on weekends. But overall great experience.

|Recommended: YesCustomer Service- Clinton — Clinton Roberts is a leasing agent here at One Light. He was the number one reason why I choose to go with One Light when looking for apartments. From the start he was so nice and helpful. He gave me his personal number to assist me with the application process, and not only guided me through every step, but answered my text immediately whether it was 7am or 7pm... and he still does after months of living here. He remembers all the residents name when he sees them in passing. I don't have a complaint about parking, noise, cleanliness, quality, or the staff. Living at One Light has been an overall good experience, but Clinton definitely sold me from the start and has made living here even better.
