Maintenance crew was quick and efficient, front desk employees are friendly and very professional. I really couldn't ask for a better place to live

|Recommended: YesMore detail on my opinion on ranking criteria — Parking Availability- there is parking available, however the parking spots are on the small side in the parking garage to most American vehicles foot prints. another 6 in width would have made a huge difference for people getting in and out of there vehicle. I do not know the parking space size but a example would be if the parking space is 8' wide increasing the size by six inches would eliminate 1 parking spot per 16 parking spaces in a row. In addition I recognize this change would allow fewer parking spaces overall in the garage, and would result in a cost change. With the current parking conditions I'm debating on renting two parking spots next to each other to resolve my current complaint.
Noise- I hope I used the scale correctly, I have not heard my neighbor other than a rare dog bark.
Construction Quality- I am personally not a fan of the ball door catch as they tend to get gummed up with dust, however they are easily adjustable with needle-nose pliers. I would recommend a magnetic latch up at the top of the door frames as they tend to have far fewer issues. this is a very minor complaint.

|Recommended: YesThe staff has been very helpful and friendly. — Great location, love the Northwest view of the city. Nighttime view is my favorite. I don’t have a pet, but I have really enjoyed meeting all the happy dogs on the elevators each day.
